TSS have been continuously involving in the development of our company’s operating system since 2011 as well as the infrastructure. At the starting of this project, we faced a lot of challenges and difficulties because it was not only for technical issues but also we felt our culture gaps between Japan and India. Through many discussions and activities we spent together, TSS has become one of the most trusted companies we have ever worked with.

It is the project in the digital and technology field, but we learnt from them that most important things for the success are how we respect each other and how we try to understand. TSS, 3 letters only, but means so much! I work with my developer colleagues since my first days in the company. I learned everything from them about our systems, but most importantly I learned that nothing is impossible if you are dedicated and cooperative. After the long use of previous Mybus system, we faced the end of service support for AS400 which was the base of previous Mybus system.
Then, business team started to make the new Mybus system which is called MRN these days, from the scratch.
Mybus business team directly communicated with TSS developers.
