Quos

QUOS is also known as the Quotation system. This system is a part of the DOS periphery of systems. The system is used to create different types of Itineraries and make quotations for the same. The system is capable of using prices from DOS masters and feed the Quotations generated in it.

Quotations are part of lead generation for DOS Tours from Agencies on different Itineraries suggested to them. This system also feeds the Business Intelligence System for suggesting KPIs. The team managing the QUOS system is also well versed in the business domain and technology with a vast experience of more than 15 years.

BIS

BIS is a Business Intelligent platform built in-house at TSS. It helps businesses to make business decisions based on the insights that businesses can get using multiple reports and dashboards. BIS foundation has been kept on the idea that all levels of people within the organization should have access to BI and should make informed business decisions. The prime objective of BIS is to help businesses to drive better business decisions, improve the operational and financial efficiency of the organization.

Europe’s Largest Japanese Optional Sightseeing Tour MyBus Europe is a member of the JTB Group, the world’s largest travel agency consisting of approximately 150 companies. MyBus is a brand that is “trusted” in the world and is used by about 1.8 million customers annually.BookMe is a B2C website that was designed to book MyBus tours online. It provides customers with a catalogue of different tours available under MyBus across multiple cities of Europe.It’s an eCommerce website with options to pay in local currencies. BookMe also gives customers options to view and manage their own bookings and profile.BookMe also has an Admin module that allows internal staff to create/manage tours and bookings.

MRN-My Reservation Navigator (JTB MyBus Booking and Operation Application)

MyBus is a brand that is trusted in the world and is used by about 1.8 million customers annually.

MRN is a complete operating system for MyBus. It’s used across My bus Europe offices internally. MRN is used by MyBus staff to plan, sell and operate products. 

The main features of the application are Product Planning, Reservation, Operation, Invoice and Statistics. MRN application also connected with another JTBe system for Booking and Messages and AX for accounting interface.

KTOS (KT Online System)

It is an online system that an agent can use to search Hotels, transfers, Sightseeing, GD Tour and Packages. They can then filter the data based on country, city, dates and number of nights. It also allows adding the booking to the shopping cart and then confirming and paying. A customer can also cancel and raise a request for an amendment to his booking. The booking agent sees all bookings under the ‘my account’ tab after login into his account.

KTOS integration SiteMinder channel

This is an Integration layer between KTOS (Kuoni Tumlare Online System) and external business partners who can use it in real-time to see hotel allotments and rates.

TDS (Travelplaza Destination System)
