The COVID crisis forced us to adapt. Luckily, we are in the IT industry, so the move to working from home has been a rather seamless one. However, it has been an impressive journey so far at TSS in terms of how quickly we adapted to the situation and supported the business during this difficult time.
While this is a difficult time for everyone, it is important to remember that we are all in this together. We are responsible for more than simply our own well-being, and this experience has proven that we are capable of so much more.
History has shown us that during times of great crisis, resilient people and leaders stand up and take charge. They do not act only for themselves but also unite people around a common cause.
“Innovation is the ability to see change as an opportunity—not a threat.” – Steve Jobs
This quote is particularly relevant. If we see the current crisis as a new change, we can also recognize the opportunities it brings. A crisis presents unique conditions that allow us to think and move more freely, creating rapid and impactful changes.
At the heart of innovation is the ability to solve problems. It is driven by the deeply human desire to help, connect with others, and be part of the solution when things become difficult.
In a time of crisis, innovation becomes more important than ever. Problem-solving, resourceful thinking, and community consciousness are critical. Throughout history, every major crisis has contributed to evolution in medicine, science, technology, and other fields.
Crises often lay the foundations for years of innovation and give people a reason to think ahead. A crisis forces people to see new perspectives because it breaks the assumptions on which everyday life is built. It creates a doorway into a different kind of world—one in which people can improvise new solutions inspired by generosity, empathy, goodwill, resilience, and resourcefulness.

In the end, I must say that brighter days are coming. There is no doubt about it. We simply need to keep our eyes on the future and make the best use of our time and resources.
